The Conditions
Sending this form via the internet DOES NOT GUARANTEE that accommodation is available for your selected dates. Once we receive your request, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm availability.
If available - a booking is accepted on the basis that you and/or those you have booked on behalf of accept the conditions listed below.
Booking Forms
You will need to fill in either the Guest Membership form or if you are an IMBAC member the Member booking form and send it to the booking officer.
Deposit
50% of total tariff is required within 7 days of booking
Final Payments
- All final payments are due 30 days prior to your booking commencing. For any bookings made within 30 days of arrival, fullpayment is required within 7 days or prior to the commencement of the booking.
Cancellations & refunds
Must be made in writing to the Booking Officer at the address below, at least 28 days before the commencement of the booking. The refund shall be the value of the booking less cancellation fee. Refunds made less than 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking shall be at the sole discretion of the committee.
Cancellation fee
$60 per person or $80 per family
Guest Membership Fee
$5 per adult or $10 per family for each visit
Children
Children are defined as under 18 at the date of occupancy of the booking
Transfer of Booking
Club rules do not permit the sale or transfer of bookings to other persons. All booking matters must be directed to the Booking officer. Failure to comply with this rule will mean automatic cancellation of bookings and disciplinary action against the offenders.
Cleaning of Rooms
Rooms must be cleaned, vacuumed and vacated by 1.45pm on the day of departure. Baggage may be left in the foyer on this day if required. Not in the lounge area or corridors
Bed Linen / Towels
Members and guests must provide their own bed linen and towels. It is a breach of club rules to use the Lodge pillows with out pillowslips and beds without sheets or sleeping bags
Smoking
Smoking in and around the Lodge is strictly forbidden
Parking
There are 4 overnight parking spaces available. These are available only to 4wd at a cost of $20 per night.
