Bookings

Both Winter and Summer bookings are not accepted until the official opening dates as advised by the Booking Officer.

NOTE: Winter bookings are available for Weekend, 5 day or 7 day periods only. All Winter rates include 3 meals per day.

Discount Accommodation: If a member or Guest books 10 or more people (primarily Guests) then the Member/Guest as the promoter can have free accommodation on the same booking for themselves OR 10% discount on the entire group booking (this does not apply to the "Early or Late Bird discount rates). 

Please note that to be eligible for a group booking discount the booking must come on  either a whole lodge booking form or guest & member booking forms and one cheque for the deposit and then one cheque for the balance 1 month prior to booking date.
