Our Managers

Hi, Welcome to IMBAC.

We have just completed our 21st year as Managers of IMBAC lodge.

Both of us are qualified chefs and share a love of good food and cooking.

Before working for IMBAC lodge, we worked in the adventure travel industry for 9 years as professional guides, taking people white water rafting, cross country ski touring and trekking in Nepal, India, Thailand, China and Egypt.

We have catering on a small Adventure Cruise Ship. The ship voyaged to Antarctica several times and then did the full navigable length of the mighty Amazon river.

As keen cross country skiers we have spent time on snow in Europe, Japan, Kashmir, and Canada, as well as many years instructing, coaching & competing in the sport.

Our love for the Mountains and Adventure has meant a lifetime of travel to the far flung places of the globe where we enjoy climbing, photography, skiing, walking around and experiencing diverse cultures (& cuisine).
